Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a strategic program aimed at optimizing a complex data landscape within a dynamic organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective availability of relevant data for various stakeholders and involves analyzing business needs, translating them into functional requirements, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to implement strategic solutions. You will work closely with the Product Manager and Architects to create business value according to program standards, while also identifying innovative proposals to enhance organizational processes. Your ability to navigate a diverse IT environment and engage with various abstraction levels—from strategic insights to operational details—will be crucial in this role. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for mapping out the functional requirements of the business, critically assessing processes, and providing objective recommendations based on program standards. You will also be tasked with identifying risks and bottlenecks, ensuring alignment between the data landscape and business needs, and facilitating a smooth transition from current to future working methods.
