PMO Business Support Specialist

We are seeking a PMO Business Support Process & Implementation Specialist to play a crucial role in the FOXTROT program, which is pivotal for the digital transformation of the military within the mobile domain. This program aims to operationalize the ambitions outlined in the Defense Vision 2035, ensuring that all mobile platforms are securely connected and can collaborate effectively with national and international partners. The initial project, Spiral 0, focuses on modernizing the 43rd Mechanized Brigade of the Royal Netherlands Army and is set to run until 2029. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring, optimizing, and implementing processes and methodologies within Spiral 0 in a complex governance environment. You will work in a hybrid context that includes SAFe, chain management, and programmatic working, effectively switching between strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Your key responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the Way of Working handbook, process modeling and optimization, implementation support, and providing analysis and advisory services. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders within and outside the Ministry of Defense, ensuring alignment and synchronization across multiple dependencies.
