Description

We are seeking an experienced Pega Business Analyst to join the MIRA program within the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting adaptive functionalities and new client-specific features, as well as supporting root cause analyses of reported issues. You will translate changes to the operational organization with a focus on team-specific tasks and work closely with the Product Owner, Lead System Architect, and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing user stories in collaboration with clients, the Product Owner, and the Lead System Architect. - Facilitating co-creation sessions with users and stakeholders. - Documenting and optimizing processes within Pega. - Assisting in root cause analyses. - Translating changes to the management team. The team emphasizes data management, so a broad technical knowledge base is advantageous, including experience with databases, internet connections, continuous delivery, release management (Git or similar), and application development. The work area is primarily based in Groningen, where you will join a team consisting of a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Pega Lead System Architect, 2-3 Pega Developers, and 1-2 Testers. The project involves the development of a case management application based on Pega and Alfresco, designed to handle damage claims resulting from gas extraction in the Groningen region.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Completed HBO degree or Bachelor/Master in an IT-related field
  • Pega Business Architect certification
  • Experience with Pega Constellation
  • Experience with organizational change
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data architecture
  • Familiarity with workflow and document management and integrations with Pega
  • Experience translating high-level goals into user stories
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (business and IT)
  • Experience with data management, including KNIME Open Source Data Analytics
  • Experience with case management systems (Pega, Atabix)
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Willingness to work 50% on-site in Groningen
