Process Manager Support

The IT Management team at the Institute for Mining Damage Groningen (IMG) is seeking a Process Manager Support to enhance team performance and process quality. This role involves standardizing workflows across applications, optimizing team-level processes, and supporting the team manager in various operational tasks. As part of a team of approximately 25 functional administrators and 4 test managers, you will work within an Agile/Scrum framework, focusing on continuous improvement and professionalization of processes. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of damage handling processes for residents affected by gas extraction in Groningen and Drenthe, making this a socially relevant position. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining action lists and meeting minutes, guiding employee evaluations, preparing reports, and assisting with the implementation of small projects within the team. The IMG operates in a dynamic environment with around 900 employees, emphasizing the importance of uniform data and process quality.
