Tester (IBM-BAW)

We are seeking a skilled Tester to join our team at the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration (Belastingdienst). In this role, you will be responsible for testing and maintaining various IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) applications, specifically focusing on the Inning and Toezicht applications. Your primary tasks will include preparing these applications for migration from on-premises Pure systems to cloud environments. You will be part of the KPA (Kantoor Proces Automatisering) team, which consists of 75 FTEs organized into 10 sub-teams, including 9 application teams and one platform team. The team is currently undergoing a lifecycle management transformation, making additional capacity highly valuable. KPA is a part of the GKT (Generiek Kantoor en Toezicht) department, dedicated to developing office applications for the entire Tax and Customs Administration. The organization plays a crucial role in ensuring a financially healthy Netherlands by collecting taxes fairly and accurately, which in turn funds essential services such as healthcare, education, and public transport. The IT organization of the Tax and Customs Administration is responsible for providing ICT solutions, leveraging both internal expertise and external market solutions.
