Junior Information Security Advisor

The Junior Information Security Advisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security of information within the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO). This position involves supporting the implementation of information security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and security standards. You will contribute to risk management, compliance, awareness, and incident management while advising management and stakeholders on information security issues. In this role, you will conduct risk analyses and quick scans, develop GAP analyses and improvement plans, and identify vulnerabilities in systems and processes. You will also assist in the execution of the information security policy, support the implementation of procedures and frameworks, and organize training and awareness activities. Additionally, you will guide management during security incidents and support the resolution and follow-up of these incidents. As part of a dedicated team at RVO, you will engage in compliance monitoring and provide advice to management and stakeholders regarding information security.
