Data Governance Consultant

We are seeking a Medior Data Governance and Data Management Consultant to join the HR Data Management and Analytics project within the BV-IV department of the Directorate of Operational Readiness Management - Personnel Readiness (DAOG-PG). This role involves contributing to three sub-projects aimed at enhancing HR concepts, updating data governance practices, and developing a roadmap for HR Analytics. The consultant will initially focus on executing tasks related to the Data Governance sub-project, ensuring compliance with established governance frameworks and policies. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Defense-wide Data Governance project and the HR IT transition program. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining data responsibilities, implementing security measures, and ensuring data quality across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-visibility project that is critical to the modernization of HR practices within the organization.
