Functional Administrator SAP CRM

We are seeking a skilled Functional Administrator / Consultant specializing in SAP CRM to maintain and manage the SAP components of our applications, ensuring high-quality ICT services for the business. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving incidents, conducting impact analyses for functional change requests, and executing impact assessments for SAP component upgrades. You will also have the opportunity to propose and implement improvements to enhance the stability, manageability, and security of the application after obtaining necessary approvals. Collaboration with Product Owners and other ICT specialists is essential, as well as delivering comprehensive management documentation.
