Team Manager Data & Analytics

As the Team Manager for Data & Analytics at the Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM), you will lead two specialized teams: Data Foundation and Regulation & Monitoring. These teams are essential in establishing ACM as a data-driven regulatory authority, ensuring a robust data foundation and delivering high-quality insights that directly support oversight, regulation, and operational efficiency. The Data Foundation team, comprising data engineers and a project manager, focuses on developing and managing a centralized data infrastructure. Meanwhile, the Regulation & Monitoring team is a multidisciplinary BI unit that provides insights through dashboards, visualizations, analyses, and scenario and stress testing. In this role, you will ensure that both teams effectively contribute to ACM's strategic objectives while enhancing the development of data-driven oversight. You will prioritize tasks in alignment with strategic goals, foster collaboration within and outside the teams, and coach and develop team members. Additionally, you will play a key role in positioning data as a strategic asset within ACM.
