Description
As an experienced SPC/Agile Coach within the SO&I department, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the organization towards a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. Operating within the second ring of the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), your focus will be on coaching stakeholders at all levels, including RTEs, Product Management, System Architects, Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to effectively apply and integrate Agile principles, artifacts, standards, and practices as defined by LACE within the land-based IT portfolio. You will prepare teams for the transition to SAFe, ensuring they become self-organizing, continuously improving, and consistently delivering value while adhering to the metrics defined by LACE.
Key responsibilities include implementing and operationalizing LACE-designed artifacts within SO&I, co-engineering and enhancing the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipeline, and providing formal SAFe training to employees and teams. You will actively participate in PI Planning sessions, facilitate cross-team ART events, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile mindset across the organization. Additionally, you will evaluate Agile maturity across teams and provide actionable insights to enhance their capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable work experience in a similar role aligned with the European e-Competence Framework (e-CF) profile for Scrum Master - D.09 Personnel Development.
- Experience in monitoring and meeting the developmental needs of individuals and groups (eCF3 Senior Professional/Manager).
- Proven ability to proactively develop organizational processes to meet the developmental needs of individuals and groups (eCF4 Lead Professional/Senior Manager).
- Experience in coaching and supporting stakeholders, teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in applying Agile practices and principles.
- Ability to facilitate PI Planning sessions effectively and support teams in drafting and finalizing plans.
- Experience in co-facilitating ART events such as System Demos, Inspect & Adapt (I&A), and ART Retrospectives.
- Familiarity with Agile tools and techniques such as Kanban, Lean, and Scrum.
