Description
The Ministry of Economic Affairs, specifically the Digital Infrastructure Inspection (RDI), is seeking two experienced Product Owners to join their Agile development teams. These teams are focused on developing applications using Java and Pega, as well as managing Oracle applications. The Product Owners will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth startup of two newly formed development teams and the ongoing success of an existing Java development team and an Oracle management team. This position involves translating stakeholder needs into actionable solutions, managing product backlogs, and collaborating closely with various teams to deliver high-quality products that align with business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
- At least 3 years of experience in managing IT-related issues from business to implementation and back
- Proven experience in application management for at least 3 years
- Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) or equivalent
- Certification as a SAFe Product Owner is a plus
