Tester

The IMG program MIRA is seeking an experienced Tester to join Team Oranje, which is responsible for managing the foundational infrastructure of the project. In this role, you will execute updates and upgrades for core software such as PEGA and databases, develop and manage shared functionalities including request handlers, REST services, APIs, and a central data repository. You will also oversee environment management, monitor availability and performance, provide data for analysis, and manage dashboards. The primary work area is the Groningen/Assen region. As part of the IMG, you will collaborate with a diverse team consisting of a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Pega Lead System Architect, 2-3 Pega developers, and 1-2 other testers. Your responsibilities will include identifying risks and mitigating them through testing, independently creating and executing testware, proactively communicating and gathering information, and working on automated regression tests using Tosca. You will be expected to develop automated test cases within the established frameworks. The MIRA program has developed an application for handling damage claims related to mining activities, built on the RijksZaak platform, which incorporates technologies such as Pega, Alfresco, and DocGen. The IMG is an independent administrative body that manages damage claims resulting from gas extraction in the Groningen field and surrounding areas, focusing on a humane and careful approach to damage resolution.
