Test Analyst (DevOps)

We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join a DevOps team within the IT & Data department at the Ministry of Justice and Security. In this role, you will actively collaborate with team members and other disciplines, employing a risk-based approach to testing. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of delivered software within a complex IT landscape by defining test cases in coordination with developers to avoid redundancy in testing efforts. You will be responsible for executing tests on components of complex information systems, conducting impact and risk analyses, and contributing to the Product Risk Analysis (PRA). You will determine the test strategy in collaboration with the DevOps team based on the PRA and will set up and execute various types of tests, including static and dynamic testing, regression, performance, stress, system, integration, and acceptance testing. Additionally, you will read and interpret application logging, write SQL statements, work with queuing and integrations, and critically assess quality and improvements within the team, adhering to the CJIB testing policy based on TMMI Level 2. Knowledge and experience in testing Java and Angular applications are essential for this position.
