Description
The Digital Services department of the Ministry of Finance is undergoing a significant transformation of its digital landscape. This initiative focuses on enhancing digital service delivery processes by improving the technical foundation. As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in selecting and implementing the right CMS, web forms components, and design systems. Your expertise in UX principles and web technologies will guide stakeholders in making informed decisions that ensure accessibility, consistency, and scalability across multiple channels, including web, portal, and app. You will contribute to the development of a proof-of-concept for various digital services, ensuring a seamless customer experience across platforms. Additionally, you will assist in organizing and professionalizing the UX team within the department.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX Designer with complex digital systems in large organizations.
- At least 2 years of experience as a UX Designer for digital services in a government organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience at a strategic/tactical level, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- At least 2 years of experience with WCAG 2.1.
