Medior Mendix Developer

BOO IT is expanding its low-code development capabilities to accelerate the delivery of digital solutions in alignment with the Defense low-code policy. We are seeking an experienced Mendix Developer who can effectively translate complex challenges into functional, sustainable applications. In this role, you will enhance business operations through the strategic use of Mendix, which includes identifying, designing, building, and decommissioning Mendix solutions. You will also manage and continuously improve existing Mendix applications, providing guidance on best practices for the Low Code community. As a technical specialist within the team, you will train and mentor developers while also contributing to development efforts. You will be responsible for delivering Proof of Concepts in a short timeframe, establishing technical standards for integrations, and implementing development conventions in application development. Additionally, you will conduct intake sessions for new ideas and business cases related to Mendix and ensure adherence to quality control processes. You will represent the organization within the Low Code Community of Defense, facilitating operational and tactical advancements, and engaging users in the development process for iterative improvements.
