Agile Program Support Specialist

Staatsbosbeheer, the organization responsible for managing the green heritage of the Netherlands, is seeking an experienced Agile Program Support Specialist to join their Digital Transformation program. This role involves providing structured support to multiple teams working on complex change initiatives, ensuring transparency and effective collaboration through Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. In this position, you will take on two primary responsibilities: acting as a PMO to oversee planning, reporting, and interdependencies among workstreams, and providing Agile coaching to teams in setting up and maintaining Kanban boards and Scrum practices. You will work closely with the program manager, workstream leads, and stakeholders to facilitate Agile ceremonies, monitor progress, and maintain program dashboards and reports. Your contributions will be vital to the success of the program, as you help create a structured environment that fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams. This role offers a flexible working arrangement, with the opportunity to work both on-site in Amersfoort and remotely.
