Senior Pega System Architect

The IMG program MIRA is seeking an experienced Senior Pega System Architect (CSSA) to strengthen the Zwart project team. This role primarily operates in the Groningen/Assen region and involves working within a dynamic environment focused on the development of a case management application based on Pega and Alfresco. As a CSSA, you will be a technically proficient professional with an analytical mindset and a clear vision for architecture and process optimization. You will play a leading role in the team, effectively engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and optimizing Pega solutions within the MIRA program, contributing to the ongoing development of the case management application (RijksZaak), making technical design decisions, and ensuring architectural integrity. You will also work to improve and optimize business processes within Pega, collaborate within multidisciplinary Scrum teams, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team. The MIRA program has developed an application for processing damage claims and compensating for value depreciation due to mining damage. This application is built on RijksZaak, a platform from DICTU based on Pega, Alfresco, and DocGen. The IMG is responsible for handling damage caused by gas extraction in Groningen and the gas storage facilities in Norg and Grijpskerk, focusing on both material and immaterial damage and the depreciation of homes.
