Project Leader Data & AI

The Ministry of Economic Affairs is seeking a Project Leader for Data & AI to enhance information management within the department. The primary goal is to establish a sustainable and high-quality information provision in alignment with the national program 'Open op Orde' and the Growth Plan for Information Management. The successful candidate will oversee a Proof of Concept (POC) aimed at leveraging automation and AI to reduce dependency on individual actions, alleviate staff workloads, and improve data quality through metadata generation and file controls. As the Project Leader, you will coordinate the POC's execution, monitor progress against success criteria, and translate functional requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with data services. You will serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, users, developers, and experts, while organizing evaluation sessions and demos to foster support for the project. Additionally, you will assess the technical and organizational prerequisites for scaling the solution, outline subsequent steps, and report results to the steering committee and organizational units. This role is part of the Growth Plan for Information Management, which aims to achieve a maturity level of 3 by the end of 2026, ensuring the organization has insight, overview, and control over its information assets. You will work closely with various teams, including the Growth Plan Program Manager, CIO Office, Data, Information and Archiving Department, data scientists, and subject matter experts, contributing to innovative improvements in information management and the daily operations of end-users.
