IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead critical initiatives within the HRM Unit, specifically focusing on the implementation of the training module in Tangram Boss and ensuring the accreditation of the on-premise version of Tangram Boss. You will collaborate closely with the Program Manager and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. In this role, you will provide IT project support by assisting the Program Manager with various IT initiatives, including system integrations, infrastructure upgrades, and data migrations. You will also coordinate audits and security tests to ensure compliance with accreditation standards, document results, and manage corrective actions. Your responsibilities will include managing stakeholder expectations, conducting regular progress meetings, and delivering management reports on the status of digital environments and project milestones. You will also oversee the JIRA Kanban board, ensuring effective backlog management and workflow visualization to identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
