Business Analyst

The Ministry of Climate and Green Growth (SodM) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to enhance the information management of its administrative processes. In this role, you will focus on systematically documenting, standardizing, and managing work instructions, manuals, and operational agreements across the organization. You will work closely with process owners and subject matter experts to deliver clear and actionable documentation for various departments, ensuring that existing work instructions are updated and new ones are created as needed. Additionally, you will mentor an internal colleague to take over your responsibilities upon completion of your assignment. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to the ongoing development of SodM's IT landscape, which is becoming increasingly complex and integrated with AI technologies. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, quality, and consistency of the organization's supervisory processes, ultimately enhancing the safety of resource extraction and environmental protection in the Netherlands.
