Description
We are seeking an Information Manager / Analyst to join the National Archive, focusing on applications for the management of physical and digital archives. This role is pivotal in implementing the new Archive Act within existing systems, ensuring that the organization can effectively manage its extensive collection of nearly a thousand years of Dutch history.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing a new register of selection criteria based on a pre-existing data model, outlining associated business processes, and translating these processes into functional user stories in collaboration with stakeholders. You will also work on expanding the public accessibility classification within the existing e-depot and coordinating the processes and user stories related to this expansion.
You will collaborate closely with two colleagues, acting as a liaison between suppliers, stakeholders, the Product Owner, and the Development Team. Your role will involve managing incoming requests, coordinating the analysis-to-implementation process, and ensuring thorough evaluation and change management as needed. You will primarily work through user stories that the Scrum team will address.
This position is a temporary replacement for a team member going on maternity leave, and due to the priority of ongoing tasks, particularly the implementation of the new Archive Act scheduled for January 1, 2027, additional support is essential. The team consists of three information managers, and flexibility to engage in broader information issues is expected.
