Senior Tester

We are seeking a Senior Tester to join the Customs team at the Tax Authority, focusing on the Customs Declaration Management System (DMS). This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in testing who is eager to develop further as an Agile/Scrum tester within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for establishing testing frameworks, contributing to automated regression tests using Robot Framework, and determining the necessary testing strategies to ensure the quality of delivered increments. Your daily responsibilities will include creating test scenarios, analyzing and reproducing findings, assessing whether issues have been resolved, and writing automated tests (knowledge of Robot Framework is a plus). Additionally, familiarity with SQL scripts will be beneficial. The Tax Authority's IT organization is responsible for providing ICT services, developing and maintaining applications in-house, and modernizing the IT landscape. This role offers the opportunity to work on a greenfield project with a revised testing strategy focused on maintaining quality through automation. As part of an Agile/Scrum team, you will collaborate closely with team members, refine backlog items, plan sprints, and participate in necessary scrum sessions and events. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring the continuous operation of the systems and supporting colleagues within the multidisciplinary team.
