Lead Mendix Developer

BOO IT is seeking an experienced Mendix Lead Developer to enhance its low-code development capabilities, enabling the rapid delivery of digital solutions in alignment with the Defense low-code policy. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming complex challenges into effective, sustainable applications while improving business operations through the strategic use of Mendix. This role involves managing and continuously enhancing Mendix solutions, training and mentoring developers, and actively participating in the Low Code community within the organization. Key responsibilities include identifying, designing, building, and retiring Mendix solutions, advising on improvements, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will also deliver Proof of Concepts quickly, set technical standards for integrations, and conduct intake sessions for new ideas or business cases related to Mendix.
