Business Analyst

We are seeking a self-motivated and results-oriented Pega Business Analyst to join the Ministry of Economic Affairs' IMG (RVO) team. In this role, you will work independently with approximately 10 Agile teams focused on the development and management of a case-oriented application built on Pega and Alfresco. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and detailing functionalities and processes, delivering concrete and transferable results for development teams, and facilitating co-creation sessions with stakeholders. As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in enhancing the application by: - Analyzing and documenting existing and new functionalities - Translating changes into sustainable solutions for ongoing management - Creating user stories complete with acceptance criteria - Collaborating with stakeholders such as the Product Owner and architects - Describing and optimizing processes within the Pega environment - Conducting analyses on functional issues and advising on improvements. You will deliver validated user stories, process descriptions, functional specifications for development teams, and comprehensive documentation for ongoing management and further development. This role is part of the MIRA program, which focuses on handling damage reports and value decline due to mining damage in Groningen, emphasizing recovery, human-centered actions, and clear communication.
