Functional Administrator

We are seeking a Functional Administrator to manage and further develop our Data Foundations within the Tax Authority's Incasso team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the daily operations and continuous improvement of data management processes. As a member of an Agile Scrum team, you will ensure the efficient and timely refreshing and maintenance of these data foundations. You will plan and monitor processes, act as the first point of contact in case of disruptions, and perform thorough impact analyses to resolve issues swiftly. In 2025, the transition to a new Data Storage Platform (DSP) will be a key focus for the organization, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth migration of data foundations to this new platform. During the transition phase, both platforms will operate simultaneously, presenting a unique challenge to maintain daily operations while preparing for the migration. Your responsibilities will include monitoring daily operations, addressing issues, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing new data foundations into production. You will also work on generic improvements in your work processes, making you a vital part of our service delivery to clients.
