Project Manager

The Ministry of Education, Culture and Science (DUO) is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead necessary improvements to the Customer Portal within the Education Institutions Directorate. This role combines the responsibilities of a project leader and product owner, focusing on achieving agreed-upon results while operating independently within the framework of a defined roadmap and project goals. You will have the autonomy to make decisions regarding execution, ensuring the modernization and enhancement of the customer portal. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for connecting policy, execution, and IT to deliver concrete solutions. Your role will involve translating project objectives into actionable IT solutions, managing progress, quality, and the delivery of results, while maintaining coherence between vision, technology, and execution. This position emphasizes achieving project outcomes independently, without direct organizational embedding. The Education Institutions Directorate is responsible for financing educational institutions and providing innovative information products. The unit you will work with, Financing and Planning (BKP), ensures timely and lawful funding for educational institutions and partnerships, aiming to minimize administrative burdens. You will be part of a dynamic team that supports various ICT systems, including funding, BRIN registration, data exchange, and accountability.
