SAP Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Specialist to join our growing GWS department, supporting the Coordinating Process Manager (CPM/PM) in the field of system logistics within the Defense sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented mindset, enabling them to effectively assist end-users and advise line managers on SAP functionalities. This role involves identifying process bottlenecks, translating user inquiries into functional requirements, and contributing to process management within the unit. The SAP Specialist will be responsible for developing work instructions and documentation, advising on training and knowledge transfer, and supporting changes, testing, releases, and improvements in SAP. Ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines, the specialist will also provide recommendations for process enhancements and IT support.
