Scrum Master

We are seeking a Medior Scrum Master to lead and coach two DevOps teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) in Zoetermeer. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement among team members, ensuring effective implementation of Scrum or Kanban methodologies, and supporting the development of Agile tools and techniques. Your enthusiasm and energy will be key in guiding the teams towards achieving their goals and enhancing their performance. You will work closely with developers and Product Owners, helping them to understand the importance of transparency and value delivery. Additionally, you will facilitate collaboration with stakeholders as needed. This position requires a strong understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and experience in coaching teams and individuals to adopt Agile practices effectively. The assignment is fully on-site in Zoetermeer, and candidates should be prepared for a screening process that typically lasts around six weeks.
