Description
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our dynamic DevOps team at JIVC, a professional IT/ICT organization supporting defense and governmental clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new functionalities and enhancing existing features of the ServiceNow Service Management Platform based on functional descriptions provided in user stories. You will independently manage these stories, contribute to their technical refinement, and ensure the technical coherence of various functionalities. Additionally, you will create test scenarios and provide support as needed, while actively participating in demos and reviews to showcase your developed functionalities.

As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our ServiceNow capabilities to meet increasing demands both within and outside the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience translating requirements into ServiceNow system solutions.
- At least 2 years of proven experience with implementations of ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and SACM.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Agile teams.
- Valid ServiceNow System Administration (CSA) certificate, Certified Application Developer (CAD) certificate, and Certified Implementation Specialist - Data Foundations (CMDB & CSDM). (Proof/copy of certificates required)
- At least 3 years of demonstrable experience supporting ServiceNow platform implementations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with ITIL v3 (Foundation).
- Experience in establishing two or more integrations between the ServiceNow platform and other information systems in at least three of the following areas: CMDB, JIRA, LDAP, DevOps, HR, and/or ITSM.
- Possession of Agile Foundation, SAFe, and Scrum certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience with ServiceNow in a complex IT environment or government sector.
