Business Analyst

The Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) is establishing an AI Competence Center as part of its organization-wide AI program. We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst / AI Consultant to join this initiative, focusing on guiding the business in the application of AI solutions from needs articulation to implementation. This role emphasizes business consultancy rather than technical development, ensuring that AI solutions are effectively integrated into the business processes. As a Business Analyst / AI Consultant, you will serve as the central point of contact for AI-related inquiries, facilitate workshops and demonstrations, and collaborate with various initiatives to enhance AI literacy. Your responsibilities will include answering general questions about AI and its policies, exploring underlying business needs, conducting brief analyses of opportunities and risks, and configuring AI-related products. You will also support risk and compliance procedures in collaboration with the CIP, CDO, and CIO Office, while maintaining documentation such as the AI product catalog and FAQs. The AI Competence Center aims to centralize AI expertise within RVO, working closely with communication teams to ensure consistent messaging and supporting the business in the responsible deployment of AI. You will play a crucial role in connecting business, IT, and governance, ensuring that AI solutions are effectively adopted within the organization.
