Project Manager Cloud Migration

The municipalities of De Bilt, Baarn, Bunnik, Soest, Utrechtse Heuvelrug, Wijk bij Duurstede, and the Regional Social Service Kromme Rijn Heuvelrug are collaborating to enhance their information provision services for approximately 200,000 residents. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a significant migration of their ICT infrastructure from an on-premise environment to a managed cloud solution. This role involves overseeing the transition to a hybrid cloud environment, ensuring that the selected cloud partner can effectively implement the contract terms and deliver a robust cloud platform for application hosting. As the Project Manager, you will play a central role in directing the technical aspects of the project, establishing the application hosting service, and fulfilling the Product Owner responsibilities. You will ensure that the cloud partner prepares, implements, and manages the cloud platform in alignment with contractual agreements, while maintaining clear communication and progress tracking among all stakeholders involved. Your collaboration with the governance steering committee, internal project teams, existing suppliers, and the cloud partner will be crucial for the successful execution of this initiative.
