Description

As a Pega Business Analyst within the MIRA program at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate, you will play a crucial role in defining both adaptive functionalities and new client-specific features for a case management application. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the Product Owner, Lead System Architect, and stakeholders to develop user stories and facilitate co-creation sessions with users. You will also support root cause analyses of reported issues and translate changes into operational processes. You will be part of a dynamic team consisting of a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Pega Lead System Architect, Pega Developers, and Testers, working in an Agile/Scrum environment. The application you will be working on is designed to handle damage claims related to mining activities, utilizing technologies such as Pega, Alfresco, and DocGen. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-impact project that directly affects the community, with a focus on improving the handling of claims in a more human-centered manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, demonstrated through project involvement and role description
  • At least 2 years of proven experience with Pega RijksZaak
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  • At least 1 year of advisory experience as a Business Analyst within an IT department of a Dutch government organization
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an IT or business-related field
  • Pega Constellation Adoption certification
  • Certified Pega Business Architect
