Information Advisor / Project Support

We are seeking an Information Advisor / Project Support professional to join the PGB 2.0 Maintenance Organization (POO) within the iRealisatie cluster, the software development department of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS). This role involves providing essential support to the Management of POO and being an integral part of the Management Team (MT). You will collaborate with the Development Project Support to form the Project Management Office (PMO), where you will organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and monitor agreements and decisions made. Your proactive approach will help streamline activities and improve processes, while managing information flows and maintaining an up-to-date contact database. As a key point of contact for POO staff and external stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication and coordination within the team. The PGB 2.0 project focuses on enhancing the Personal Budget (PGB) system, which allows clients to manage their own care and support services. You will be working in a dynamic environment with approximately 100 colleagues dedicated to improving the lives of around 300,000 care recipients in the Netherlands.
