PMO Agile Expert

Staatsbosbeheer, the organization responsible for managing the green heritage of the Netherlands, is seeking an experienced PMO Agile Expert to support its Digital Transformation program. This role involves providing structured and transparent execution of the program while guiding teams in applying Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. You will work closely with the program manager, team leads, and relevant stakeholders to ensure that planning, reporting, and interdependencies are effectively managed. As a PMO Agile Expert, your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring project timelines, reporting, and coherence between workstreams. - Facilitating the setup and maintenance of Kanban boards and Scrum practices. - Conducting Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. - Tracking progress, dependencies, and risks across workstreams. - Creating periodic progress reports and a program dashboard for the steering committee. - Ensuring a smooth handover of documentation detailing methodologies, agreements, and board configurations. This position offers flexibility with the option to work both on-site in Amersfoort and remotely, contributing to a high-visibility modernization initiative within the public sector.
