Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the Product Owner of the expert application at the Institute for Mining Damage Groningen (IMG). In this role, you will collaborate closely with the supplier Atabix and the IMG Helpdesk to enhance both internal and external communication regarding the expert application, as well as optimize workflows within the IMG expert application team. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that independent experts effectively assess and report on material damage, which is crucial for IMG's decision-making processes. The IMG operates within a dynamic environment, focusing on social relevance and personal development, while maintaining a human-centered approach to case management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an advisory role within a complex organization
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis
- Completed HBO degree in Information Management or a related field
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- Willingness to work approximately 50% on-site in Groningen
