WBSO ICT Advisor

The Ministry of Economic Affairs (RVO) is seeking an experienced WBSO ICT Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating project applications related to research and development (R&D) under the Dutch Innovation Stimulus Act (WBSO), the country's largest innovation incentive scheme. Your primary focus will be on assessing whether projects involve technical innovation and if they address challenges in software development. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing and evaluating WBSO applications, forming and substantiating opinions on technical innovations, maintaining contact with entrepreneurs, intermediaries, and fellow advisors, and providing information about WBSO and related regulations. The applications you will handle will range from relatively straightforward issues to complex projects within large organizations, requiring you to quickly grasp diverse technical challenges and provide well-founded advice. You will work within a small Agile/Scrum team, sharing collective responsibility for planning, production, and quality. Additionally, you will be part of a larger team of approximately 25 colleagues, where knowledge sharing and development are emphasized. The position allows for hybrid work, with an expectation to be in the Zwolle office 1-2 times per week for effective collaboration.
