Description

The Ministry of Economic Affairs is seeking an experienced Information Analyst to join the Analysis, Design & Operations department within the RVO. In this role, you will conduct IT-related analyses concerning work processes, legislation, and policy. You will be responsible for mapping out requirements for information provision and actively contributing to feasible solutions. Your ability to independently organize and structure your work within set frameworks will be crucial. As an Information Analyst, your day-to-day responsibilities will include executing IT analyses related to work processes, legislation, and policy, creating BPMN process models for information provision, and gathering and detailing requirements for changes and improvements. You will also collaborate on realizable solutions within applications and application chains, draft functional designs, write user stories, and develop use cases. Additionally, you will design logical and physical data models, maintain design documentation during sprints and releases, and contribute to test preparation while documenting existing systems. This role has a specific focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM) and integration, where you will design Secure Token Services for internal and external data exchange, analyze and design authorization processes within IT systems and application chains, and translate your analyses into process models and concrete solutions. You will work closely with product owners, analysts, and solution architects, providing input for business cases and decision-making regarding IT developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, ICT, or a comparable field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and (web) applications
  • Experience in analyzing business processes (BPMN), information flows, and impact analyses
  • Proficient in drafting user stories and functional designs
  • At least 3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Experience with Single Sign-On and authorization issues
  • Experience in analyzing and designing IAM information flows
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking, Change Management, Agile/Scrum, and Kanban
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira
  • Proficient in modeling techniques such as BPMN and UML
