Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst at the Tax Authority's Recovery Benefits Organization (UHT), you will leverage your expertise to collaborate with your team in developing new products and maintaining existing ones, such as dashboards and information products. Your role involves regular communication with stakeholders to align on requirements and demonstrate interim results. You will translate user information needs into intuitive, user-friendly information products while considering technical constraints during the analysis and development phases. Your responsibilities will also include conducting technical quality checks on developed information products and processing data from the integration layer into usable formats. You will be part of a dynamic data team within the IV & Data department, focusing on analyzing diverse datasets and creating operational insights through dashboards and reports. The team operates in an Agile environment, ensuring that operational information is readily available for organizational decision-making and assessing the feasibility and impact of new initiatives.
