Junior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join the Data Pod at the Implementation Organization for Recovery of Allowances (UHT). In this role, you will collaborate with your team to develop, maintain, and enhance data and information products, including dashboards, reports, and models that directly improve service delivery to parents and the organization. You will work on both one-time and ongoing solutions, regularly engaging with stakeholders to align on requirements and present interim results. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining dashboards and information products, analyzing data using SQL, translating user needs into analyses and operational products, validating information products through user acceptance testing, conducting technical quality checks within the team, and processing data from the integration layer into information products. Additionally, you will identify and enhance the quality of processes and analytics products. The Data Team operates within the IV & Data department, focusing on operational information provision, developing dashboards and reports, and providing insights into bottlenecks in business processes. You will be part of a dynamic team that values responsibility, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
