Senior Network Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Specialist to join our Datacenter LAN team within the Datacenter Network Operations department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing changes to the core network of our datacenters, utilizing Cisco FabricPath and Cisco ACI technologies. Your daily tasks will include scripting and automating changes within ACI, creating, modifying, and deleting port profiles, Virtual Port Channels (VPCs), Customer-Premises Equipment (CPEs), and Virtual Routing and Forwarding (VRF) within the BGP/MPLS network. Additionally, you will develop network implementation plans, execute software updates, perform standard operational activities such as backup checks, monitor network performance, troubleshoot third-line incidents, and participate in various projects and problem-solving teams. The organization, SSC-ICT, supports multiple ministries and government agencies, providing essential ICT services. Our Network Management department consists of several specialized teams, including Datacenter LAN, Services, Security, and Campus, ensuring a comprehensive approach to network operations. As part of the DCLAN team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity and enhancing our network services in a complex environment.
