Senior Business Analyst

The Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs (DUO) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in a pivotal role focused on the implementation of DUO Dynamics, a new digital platform aimed at enhancing customer interactions across the organization. This position involves analyzing various domains to ensure the successful deployment of the platform, which will ultimately replace multiple existing systems and streamline customer service operations. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting data migration analyses, and integrating existing DUO applications with DUO Dynamics. You will work closely with stakeholders from operational and strategic levels, including key users, compliance teams, and project managers, to align requirements and facilitate a smooth implementation process. The role requires collaboration with two other Business Analysts and a larger team of approximately 20 members, including the implementation partner, Capgemini. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant modernization initiative within a government organization, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of educational services in the Netherlands. The first phase of the implementation is set to go live on March 30, 2026, with subsequent phases planned for other domains such as childcare and integration services.
