Description

As a Senior Information Analyst at the CJIB (Central Judicial Collection Agency), you will play a pivotal role in the functioning of our complex application landscape. You will work within the ICT department to automate and digitize our core processes. The systems you develop and optimize with your colleagues will contribute to a citizen-centered, effective, and efficient approach to public service. In this role, you will serve as an Agile Analyst for the DevOps team working on the Mulder system, translating business requirements into actionable user stories and designs for developers. A significant part of your responsibility will involve onboarding and mentoring junior analysts who require guidance in this domain, particularly due to the long-term absence of an experienced analyst. Therefore, a solid understanding of the Mulder system is essential, and we hope to attract Agile analysts who have previously worked with the team. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, up-to-date information systems by engaging with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to IT implementation. Your strong listening skills and ability to ask the right questions will help you uncover the goals of your stakeholders, enabling the Scrum team to build the best solutions. Your responsibilities will include documenting components of new information systems and preparing modifications to existing systems. You will identify conflicting developments both before and during execution, advising on project feasibility and outlining technical solutions. You will break down business assignments into coherent, value-adding epics, features, and user stories, actively identifying dependencies and constraints, discussing them with stakeholders, and providing solution scenarios. Additionally, you will create graphical representations of products for clear interpretation and develop object models. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with fellow analysts, users, your product owner, and your team. The CJIB operates in a hybrid work environment, with an average of two days per week spent in the office in Leeuwarden.
