The IMG program MIRA is seeking an experienced Certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to strengthen its project team. This role primarily involves working in the Groningen/Assen region, where you will lead the development of a case management application utilizing Pega and Alfresco technologies. As an LSA, you will be a driven technologist with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology, taking the lead in inspiring both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will actively contribute to knowledge sharing and mentor less experienced team members, continuously striving to deliver the best possible solutions within the project context.
The MIRA program focuses on an application designed for processing damage claims related to mining activities, developed within the RijksZaak platform, which is utilized by multiple government organizations, including IMG. You will work within a dynamic team comprising a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, several developers, and testers, employing Agile methodologies to achieve project goals.
The IMG (Instituut Mijnbouwschade Groningen) is an independent administrative body that handles damage claims resulting from gas extraction in the Groningen field and surrounding areas. The organization is deeply rooted in the Groningen and Drenthe regions, emphasizing social responsibility and a human-centered approach to damage processing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Pega Lead System Architect
- Minimum 2 years of experience within a Dutch government organization
- At least 2 years of experience with RijksZaak
- Completed university degree (preferably in Administrative Informatics or a related field)
- Certified Pega Lead System Architect
- Pega Constellation Adoption (all modules via Pega Academy)
- Certified Pega Business Architect
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to work approximately 50% on-site in Groningen
