Description

The Ministry of Economic Affairs – Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) is seeking an Information Analyst for the Open op Orde program. In this role, you will advise ACM on translating functional information requests into concrete solutions for a sustainable information provision. Your primary focus will be on contributing to the acquisition and implementation of new solutions in document management (DMS), case-oriented working, records management, and collaborative facilities. You will conduct in-depth analyses, optimize information flows, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. As an Information Analyst, your responsibilities will include analyzing information flows to identify optimization and automation opportunities, translating user needs and stakeholder requirements into accepted designs, mapping functional and technical requirements, and advising on process improvements within information management. You will also contribute to the selection, implementation, and assurance of new DMS and case systems, while managing the automation of standardized work processes and ensuring interoperability between core systems. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with project team members, the Document and Information Management (DIV) team, ICT management, the CIO Office, and functional and technical administrators, while coordinating with project leaders within the program. You will be part of a project team within the Open op Orde program, which aims to enhance and future-proof the information management of ACM. Your work will involve close collaboration with stakeholders across various supervisory directorates, contributing to ACM's mission of ensuring markets function well for individuals and businesses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in ICT, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience with metadata, including MDTO
  • Experience with analyses within DMS and case systems
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation such as GDPR, Archiving Act, and Woo
  • Experience with the migration of files and documents
  • Work experience within an executive organization
  • Education at the intersection of ICT and business processes (e.g., Business Informatics)
