Senior SAFe Transformation Consultant

The Senior SAFe Transformation Consultant plays a pivotal role in supporting and guiding the entire organization operating within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. This position is coordinated from the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) and focuses on coaching stakeholders at all levels of SAFe, including Solution Train Engineers (STE), Release Train Engineers (RTE), Agile Release Train (ART) members, Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders. A deep theoretical and practical understanding of the entire SAFe domain is essential for this role. The goal is to effectively apply and integrate Agile principles, artifacts, standards, and practices as defined by the LACE across the entire SAFe landscape. The Transformation Consultant ensures that all teams are self-organizing, continuously improving, and consistently delivering value in accordance with the SAFe framework while complying with the metrics standards established by the LACE. Key responsibilities include establishing and guiding the first ART, implementing and validating SAFe-LACE artifacts such as the LACE manifesto, roles, events, cadence, Kanbans, SAFe documents, best practices, Lean-Agile leadership, and more. The consultant will conduct formal SAFe training for employees and teams within the Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) layer and ARTs, covering topics like SAFe for Teams, SAFe for Hardware, SAFe Scrum Master, and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager. Additionally, they will ensure efficient PI Planning and ART events, promoting Agile maturity in line with LACE metrics, improving value creation and flow, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and alignment.
