Description
We are seeking a Support Engineer to join our client's technical team, which is responsible for installations and connections. This role is based in Gorinchem and involves providing 2nd and 3rd line support to a well-known customer base. You will be part of a close-knit team of eight professionals where collaboration is key. Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering effective solutions. Given the technical nature of the services provided, a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential. Additionally, you will be required to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, although night calls are infrequent. The on-call duties are shared among team members, ensuring support is always available when needed.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Support Engineer (2nd/3rd line)
- Proficiency in Windows and Office products
- Experience with networking technologies
- Strong willingness to learn and quickly grasp new concepts
- Availability to work on-site at least three days a week
- Flexibility and strong communication skills
- Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call support with the team
- Open to discussing a permanent position after 12 months
