Business Analyst (PEGA)

The IMG MIRA program is seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in PEGA to strengthen the project team. In this role, you will be responsible for describing adaptive functionality, developing new client-specific features, and supporting root cause analyses of issues. You will translate changes into operational tasks, focusing on team-oriented objectives. Close collaboration with the Product Owner and Lead System Architect is essential as you will work on user story development, co-creation with business and end-users, and process optimization within PEGA. You will join one of approximately ten client teams within IMG, which are dedicated to the ongoing development of a case management application based on PEGA and Alfresco. The team typically consists of a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, PEGA Lead System Architect, 2-3 PEGA developers, and 1-2 testers. The project emphasizes data management, making broad technical knowledge a plus, including databases, internet integrations, continuous delivery, release management (e.g., Git), and application development. The MIRA program focuses on processing damage claims resulting from mining activities in Groningen, ensuring a human-centered approach to case handling.
