Project Manager / Readiness Advisor

We are seeking a Project Manager / Readiness Advisor to join the FOXTROT program, which is pivotal in the digital transformation of the Dutch armed forces within the mobile military domain. This role focuses on the modernization of the 43rd Mechanized Brigade and operates within a complex environment with numerous dependencies on various initiatives and partners. You will support the Readiness sub-project, specifically in the Logistics & Maintenance workstream, ensuring that the organization is prepared for the operational deployment and maintenance of new solutions. As a Project Manager / Readiness Advisor, you will collaborate closely with the sub-project leader to define activities, maintain project management tasks such as planning and status reporting, and facilitate coordination among stakeholders. Your contributions will be essential for achieving project objectives and enhancing the overall chain organization, leveraging the knowledge gained for the broader SAFE transition in Land-based IT. The position requires a strong understanding of service logistics, inventory management, and supply chain optimization, as well as the ability to operate at both conceptual and operational levels. You will be part of a team that employs Agile methodologies, specifically the SAFe framework, to drive project success.
