How Reclyne Works
Reclyne connects international recruiters with the Dutch IT contract market. Here's the key concept:
You (Recruiter)
Find the candidate
Reclyne (Contractor)
Employs, pays, insures
Dutch Client
Gets the contractor
Reclyne is the contractor entity. Through its Dutch subsidiary (Datagrid, registered with the KvK), Reclyne handles everything between the candidate and the Dutch client: employment contracts, payroll, social security, pension contributions, tax withholding, and liability insurance.
You don't need your own company. No Dutch entity, no recruitment license, no physical presence in the Netherlands. You simply find the right candidate for the right job.
You earn a recurring margin. For every hour your placed candidate works, you earn €5–10. Since Dutch IT contracts run 6–24 months, each placement generates long-term recurring income.
AI-Powered Features
Reclyne uses AI to help you find better matches faster:
Smart Job Matching
Automatic candidate-to-job matching with quality scores based on skills, experience, and requirements.
AI Fit Assessments
Claude-powered analysis of how well a candidate fits a specific opening, with detailed reasoning.
Job Alerts
Get notified instantly, daily, or weekly when new openings match your candidate pool or expertise.
Using Your Network
You don't need a massive database of candidates. Your existing professional network is your most valuable asset:
LinkedIn connections
Filter your connections by "Software Developer," "DevOps Engineer," or similar titles. Reach out to those who speak Dutch and might be interested in contract work.
Tech communities
Online communities, meetup groups, and professional associations are great sources of potential candidates.
Referral approach
You know someone, they need work, you earn. It's that simple. Each successful referral becomes recurring monthly income.
High-demand roles
Focus on roles with the most openings: Java, Python, Cloud/DevOps, Data Engineering, and SAP. These have the highest placement rates.
Account Setup
Getting started takes less than five minutes:

- ✓ Pension administration
- ✓ Liability insurance

You provide
- • Basic KYC (your identity for payments)

Earning Model Deep Dive
Your earnings are based on a simple hourly margin for every hour your placed candidate works:
| Scenario | Monthly | Yearly |
|---|---|---|
| 1 placement (40h/wk, €7.50/hr) | €1,300 | €15,600 |
| 3 placements | €3,900 | €46,800 |
| 5 placements | €6,500 | €78,000 |
| 10 placements | €13,000 | €156,000 |
The compounding effect: Each new placement adds to your existing income. Since contracts run 6–24 months, your placements from months ago are still generating revenue while you make new ones.
